不同教学情境中管理学生认知负荷的依据与方法The Basis and Method of Managing Students' Cognitive Load in Different Teaching Situations

摘要(Abstract):
以相关实证研究的证据为支撑,分别对传统教学、多媒体教学和基于提取练习的教学这三种教学情境中能够有效管理学生认知负荷的方法和适用条件进行梳理、分析与综述。在传统教学中,先行组织者策略、样例教学等方法能够有效管理学生的认知负荷水平;在多媒体教学中,减少多余认知负荷的几项原则及其边界条件需要被重视;基于提取练习的教学中,应该适当增加学生的必要认知加工。在此基础上,提出未来研究可借助实证研究或元分析进一步探索管理认知负荷所需要考虑的其他边界条件及其影响。
